1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to Adda App (https://addaapp.biz) and all its services. Adda App is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, and related services.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and that participating in online betting or lottery is legally permitted in your area.

1.1 Language & Interpretation

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The daily maximum deposit limit is determined by your account level. New accounts can deposit up to ৳50,000 per day. VIP accounts are subject to separate limits.

3.2 Third-Party Payments

Sending funds to an adda app account from someone else's account is strictly prohibited. The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must belong to the same person. If a third-party payment is detected, the account balance may be frozen.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from adda app:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus for new members is based on the first deposit and may require a promo code to activate. Welcome bonuses are generally valid for 7 days.

5.2 Cashback Offers

Weekly cashback is automatically credited to your account when losses exceed a set threshold. The terms for each cashback offer are listed on the respective promotion page.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Sports Betting at Adda App:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after the match has started.
• Adda app is not liable if a bet fails to place due to technical issues.
• Accounts may be placed under investigation if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If match results are revised, the corresponding bet outcomes will be updated accordingly.

6.1 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. However, if incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, Adda App reserves the right to void the affected bet.

6.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7 Lottery Terms

The following terms apply to participation in the adda app lottery section:

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Draw results are determined entirely by a random algorithm.
• Identity verification is mandatory for large winnings (৳10,000 or above).
• Jackpot prizes may be paid out in installments.
• Draw results are final and cannot be appealed.

7.1 Instant Lottery

Instant lottery results are displayed immediately. In the event of a technical error, results may be voided and the ticket price will be refunded.

8 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Adda App may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating more than one account.
• If evidence of fraud or system abuse is found.
• If money laundering is suspected.
• If you are under 18.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by emailing our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
